Financing will take centre stage at COP29. This side event, organised by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and SINTEF focuses on fostering equitable research collaborations and financing strategies between high- and low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) towards a sustainable energy future.

The event features two panels: one led by NTNU Professor Anders Hammer Strømman on building partnerships that benefit LMIC knowledge communities and another by SINTEF’s Nils Røkke on open financing models, with participants from academia, industry, and finance.
